This band was together for 27 years.

Neal Moser: Guitar & Vocal

Rol Varanese: Bass & Vocal

Dave Mitchell: Drums

Marc Anderson: Violin.
Marc was with us the last four years.

We were the epitome of the working night club band. We worked five hours a night, two to five nights a week, fifty two weeks a year for twenty seven years. It was a great run, I miss it.

This was our last gig. The Executive Christmas Party
for the Lockheed Martin Corp. It was a great final gig.

This was one of our first gigs. 1970

ROL on Seagull bass, Neal on Seagull #2 guitar
DAVE on drums. At the Brass Rail 1974
Me and my Seagull #2.  At the Brass Rail 1974

ROL playing a one of a kind all Maple short scale
Eagle bass. Me playing a custom Eagle Supreme.
Rick Derringer and Neil Geraldo had the sister
guitars. Some time in 1976.
ROL playing an early Bich bass. Me playing a Moser 10, a redesign of the Rich Bich.  Late 1980s.
This was at Taylors, a nice night club. We played there one month at a time every 3rd month for 4 years. Talk about steady work. We knew the dates we would be there months in advance.

Rol playing his one of a kind custom Seagull
short scale bass. There's that Eagle Supreme again.
Rol playing my custom Seagull. We used to switch around one song a night. Rol to guitar, Dave to bass and me to drums. That was fun.

Rol and I did a duo while Dave was on a sabbatical.
Another one of those GEEKY promo shots.

Here we are at the Tender Glow. We worked there on and off for 10 years. Harry Bitman, the best owner I ever worked for. Honest and fair.
Yet another GEEKY promo shot.

There's some nice guitars. Rol with his early Bich bass and me with a Moser Wraith. The Wraith is a Scythe (Virgin) spin-off. Very few people have ever seen one.
This is a great pic. My son Kris got an early start on stage. He would get up and AIR guitar with me all night long in places where it was legal. He did this from the time he was 4. This particular Dinner House alowed minors until 11:00 pm. He's airing one of my favorit guitars. A very unique custom Tele. I'll probably do a page on it in my Guitar Photos section at some point. Kris doesn't AIR anymore, he kicks ass. He's now 24.
